I am Maria Emely R. Daño. I am 18 years old and I live in Mactan Island, Cebu. I graduated from Senior High School in the University of Cebu Lapu-Lapu and Mandaue with an Academic Track, STEM (Science, Engineering, Technology, and Mathematics) Strand. I will be attending college in the same school; taking up Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in English. I have 3 members in my family; my father, who likes to play basketball; my mother, who likes to cook and; me who have hobbies such as drawing, writing stories, basic calligraphy and playing the piano. I want to be a teacher because I want to inspire students. And also, I want to teach English since I find it as a tool, a channel to communicate with other people so that we can understand one another even if we have different cultures and language.
